I, Consultant Talal Nasrallah from Palestine, wish to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Mohamed Adel from the sister nation of Egypt. He demonstrated exceptional skill in successfully performing a delicate and complex parotid gland removal surgery, all while preserving the integrity of the seventh cranial nerve (the facial nerve). May God keep him as an asset to his country and the entire nation, and protect him from all harm.

I had a very large branchial cleft cyst in my neck. I truly want to thank Dr. Mohamed Adel for his efforts; I was terrified of the surgery and was actually prepared to live with the condition rather than risk the operation, despite the dangers involved.
However, he was incredibly patient with me and put me at ease. Thanks to God—and then to him—the surgery was a success. It was a difficult procedure, as the cyst extended to the base of the skull, was attached to numerous nerves, and was close to the main artery, but God is gracious.
I am writing this review so that anyone facing a similar issue can visit Dr. Mohamed with complete confidence. May God grant healing and well-being to everyone.
