        I had a very large branchial cleft cyst in my neck. I truly want to thank Dr. Mohamed Adel for his efforts; I was terrified of the surgery and was actually prepared to live with the condition rather than risk the operation, despite the dangers involved.
        \nHowever, he was incredibly patient with me and put me at ease. Thanks to God\u2014and then to him\u2014the surgery was a success. It was a difficult procedure, as the cyst extended to the base of the skull, was attached to numerous nerves, and was close to the main artery, but God is gracious.
